As new info on Bin Laden trickles out America stands proud
The details are coming to us, slowly but are most encouraging. Perhaps never in history have we been more happy to learn of the death of an individual. Hitler comes to mind but “we” weren’t responsible for his death because he purportedly died by his own hand. No this time our “boys” did the deed and quite efficiently from the reports we are now receiving.
Navy Seals stealthily entered the compound where Osama Bin Laden had been hiding like a rat for the past six years. There were plenty of women and children also in the compound, perhaps unknowingly acting as human shields. Who would bomb the compound while knowing of their presence?
Bin Laden, the founder and head of Al-Qaeda, and man responsible for master minding the attacks on the U.S. on September 11, 2001 was taken out by a team of Navy Seals. An assault team of about two dozen very efficient and well trained warriors faced little resistance from the small group of men guarding Bin Laden and the compound. Hiding in his bedroom, Bin Laden was shot at least two times with the fatal wound being a direct hit to his head.
There will be no viewing of the body because he was “buried at sea”. DNA proved the dead man was in fact, Osama Bin Laden and there is no longer a body to become a martyr. Photographs were taken as further evidence and they do show the dead man to be Bin Laden but now President Obama states the gruesome pictures will not be available for public display…. pity!
Bin Laden and a female companion were alone in a guesthouse when the raid occurred and she was shot in the leg but will recover. After questioning she will most likely be released. As details of the attack by Navy Seals come about it is noted that the long trusted courier of Bin Laden, Abu Ahmed al-Kuwaiti, was the only one who fired on the Seals and once they dispatched him there was no more resistance from anyone in the compound.
