Apple iPhone 4 mania has started, people skipping work

With throngs of people lining up all over the world, the Apple iPhone 4 has become an instant sensation. Throughout the world, Apple stores started selling out of the new iPhone in a matter of hours. Many workers are calling in “sick” just to get a hold of this coveted possession.  “Why aren’t you at work?” we asked some who lined up at the Apple Store. Excuses ranged from “Yeah, I got a fever, Apple fever” to simply calling and making up some elaborate excuse.  One college student claimed that the Apple iPhone4 will help him get a girl. “That’s right, if there are two guys with similar looks and one has an iPhone 4, while the other does not, who do you think the girl will pick?”

So what will you get with the iPhone 4? Gorgeous design, multitasking, better camera, folders to organize apps, 5x digital zoom, and the much anticipated video call feature that lets you talk to someone while looking at their face on the phone. AT&T has said it received 10 times as many pre-orders as the iPhone 3GS last year. 

So what’s the drawback of the iPhone?  The very crappy AT&T service that cuts your calls every minute.
